Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field(s).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure & GCP preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize requirements to aid in technical solution development.
• Assist architect in design, development, testing, and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Engage in projects from concept through solution delivery.
• Document integration of core/shared infrastructure services prior to production deployment.
• Analyze impact to integrations and mitigate potential risks.
• Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure; monitor performance.
• Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services.
