• Design, architect, and deliver Model N (Powered By N) Revenue Management solutions that enable accurate pricing, contracting, and rebate management - supporting faster and more efficient delivery of medicines to patients.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks within Model N ecosystem, ensuring flexibility to incorporate new business rules, regulatory changes, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Partner closely with Commercial IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement, scale, and operationalize Model N solutions that drive revenue optimization, compliance, and competitive advantage.
• Lead system adoption and knowledge sharing initiatives, educating business users on Model N capabilities, best practices, and real-world applications to maximize platform utilization and business value.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) & Technical Architect in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems - providing insights, technical recommendations, and solution guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve system performance, data integrity, and operational stability, ensuring reliable production support and rapid issue resolution.
• Stay current with emerging trends in revenue management systems, data engineering, and AI/ML integration, leveraging innovations to enhance Model N capabilities and drive continuous technical and business transformation.
