Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Technical Architect for Revenue Management Systems with deep Model N RM experience to design and implement pricing, contracting, and rebate solutions. You will lead data integration efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization and compliance.

As SME, you will guide technical decisions, improve platform adoption, and ensure robust production support while staying ahead of industry trends in RM, data engineering, and AI/ML

Qualifications

• Experience as SME & Technical Architect in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong data pipeline and integration background to support regulatory changes and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver Model N Revenue Management solutions for pricing, contracting, and rebates.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks within Model N ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Commercial IT and cross-functional teams to implement and operationalize Model N solutions.
• Lead adoption and knowledge sharing to maximize platform value.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations as SME & Technical Architect for Model N RM systems.
• Monitor performance, data integrity, and production stability; ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Stay current with revenue management, data engineering, and AI/ML trends to drive transformation.

• Design, architect, and deliver Model N (Powered By N) Revenue Management solutions that enable accurate pricing, contracting, and rebate management—supporting faster and more efficient delivery of medicines to patients
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks within Model N ecosystem, ensuring flexibility to incorporate new business rules, regulatory changes, and advanced analytics capabilities
• Partner closely with Commercial IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement, scale, and operationalize Model N solutions that drive revenue optimization, compliance, and competitive advantage
• Lead system adoption and knowledge sharing initiatives, educating business users on Model N capabilities, best practices, and real-world applications to maximize platform utilization and business value
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) & Technical Architect in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems—providing insights, technical recommendations, and solution guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve system performance, data integrity, and operational stability, ensuring reliable production support and rapid issue resolution
• Stay current with emerging trends in revenue management systems, data engineering, and AI/ML integration, leveraging innovations to enhance Model N capabilities and drive continuous technical and business transformation
