GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced Java/Android Technical Project Manager in Nagpur to lead technical roadmaps across web, mobile, backend, and cloud teams. You will mentor cross-functional engineers, drive agile execution, and ensure secure, scalable AWS deployments while coordinating with external vendors like Salesforce and CMS platforms.

• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, including at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Backend/Cloud: Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade Java Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS.
• Frontend/Mobile: Experience guiding teams building with Angular and mobile tech stacks (Kotlin/Android/iOS).
• Integration: Experience architecting or managing integrations with Salesforce or CMS platforms via API.
• Tools: Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
• Cloud: AWS.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, and automated testing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical roadmap execution with architectural alignment across web, mobile, backend, and cloud teams.
• Lead, mentor, and unblock cross-functional agile teams of engineers, QA, and DevOps specialists.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for external platform vendors (Salesforce, CMS) ensuring robust API contracts and data syncing.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with Product Managers; manage sprint velocity and releases.
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency; advocate CI and automated deployment best practices.
• Identify technical debt and integration risks early; formulate pragmatic mitigation plans.
