Job summary

Saviynt is seeking an IAM Technical Lead in Bengaluru to architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement its Identity Governance solutions aligned to customer needs. You will lead deployments, coordinate with customers, and drive successful governance implementations.

The role demands strong Java/J2EE, SQL, and Web Services skills, plus hands-on scripting experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hires for this position will interact with stakeholders and deliver proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts like user lifecycle, provisioning, reconciliation, auditing, and access certification.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement IGA solutions per customer requirements.
• Engage in direct customer interactions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and proposals and present technical solutions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Saviynt is looking for a IAM Technical Lead to architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement its leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on customer requirements. As an expert in deploying Identity Governance solutions, the primary responsibility will be to deploy the Saviynt solution to meet customer requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DOING

• Bachelor’s/ equivalent in Engineering
• 6+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
• Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IAG
• User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
• Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
• Access Certification
• SOD
• Password management
• Cloud Security
• Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.
• Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs
• Direct customer interaction and management skills
• Experience with RFP responses and proposals
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude

Good to have

• Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Box, etc.
