What You Will Be Doing
- Implementation Ownership: Own end-to-end technical implementation and ensure on-time delivery of Saviynt’s solutions, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring quick time to value for our customers.
- Client Management: Manage both technical and non-technical communication with customer/partner stakeholders. Ensure accountability across internal and customer teams for on-time delivery of projects. Identify technical risks ahead and work closely with internal and customer/partner teams for timely mitigation/resolution of the risks.
- Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership through insightful review of the implementation, comparative analysis of solution options and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, share insights and contribute to the community through public forums, publishing articles, etc.
- Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to customers/partners, helping them with strategic roadmaps and industry best practices.
- Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new design principles, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve Saviynt solutions.
- Team Development: Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of proven experience in leading and managing complex IGA implementations and hands‑on experience with one or more IGA products in the industry.
- Strong consulting and advisory skills.
- Deep understanding of identity governance and administration principles and processes.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to own and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to perform thorough review/assessment of IGA implementations, solution option analysis, providing recommendations, Point Of View (POV)s, roadmaps, etc.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge/experience of SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Strong knowledge/experience with Java/J2EE, Web services (REST & SOAP), Network fundamentals, Cryptography & Certificates fundamentals, Unix/Linux fundamentals and Shell Scripting.
- Strong hold of standard Identity systems like LDAP & Active Directories and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, etc.
- Strong experience integrating with widely used enterprise/cloud platforms such as SAP, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies like AWS and Azure is a plus.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
