Job summary

Programmers seeks a highly skilled Technical Architect with 8+ years in full-stack development, solution architecture, AI-enabled projects, and cloud tech. You will drive end-to-end architectures, remain hands-on for complex components, and mentor teams across backend and frontend disciplines.

Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API, EF, SQL Server, and microservices, plus Azure/AWS, DevOps, and security, will be essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering/application development experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Architect with 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development, solution architecture, AI-enabled applications, and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should be exceptionally strong across both backend and frontend development, with a good understanding of UI/UX and user-centric application design. This role requires someone who can understand complex business requirements, architect the right solution, and personally get involved in coding, troubleshooting, POCs, and technical implementation when required.

The candidate should also have practical experience working on AI-enabled projects and be capable of identifying opportunities to effectively integrate AI into modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
• Participate in client discussions, understand requirements, present technical solutions, and build client confidence through technical expertise and delivery ownership.
