Job summary

AIonOS is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You will architect end-to-end systems, drive integration patterns, and guide engineering teams across cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled tooling, and high-availability infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Architecture, Solution Design, or Technical Leadership.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting complex integration landscapes, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and modern AI-enabled platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architecture expertise, engineering leadership, solution design, and hands-on technical capabilities across application development, integrations, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies. The Technical Architect will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Teams to design future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives and technology standards.

Solution & Application Architecture

• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI Engineering practices.

Required Experience

• Experience with event-driven and real-time processing architectures.
• Strong exposure to enterprise-scale systems handling high transaction volumes.
• Experience leading technical discussions with business and engineering stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Airline or Large Enterprise environments.
• Experience with Event Sourcing and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
• Experience with observability platforms such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk etc..
• Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Relevant cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• TOGAF, Solution Architecture, or Integration Architecture certifications are a plus.
