Qualifications

• Proven AI platform engineering experience in regulated environments.

NonNegotiable Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years in software engineering, including:
• 3+ years architecting and scaling AI solutions as Tech Lead/Architect.
• 5+ years in distributed systems, microservices, APIs.
• 3+ years in cloud architecture with Kubernetes & Terraform.
• Proven expertise in AI platform engineering, GPU infrastructure, sovereign cloud/onpremise environments.
• Prior experience setting up Innovation Labs, CoEs, or greenfield tech units in banks, exchanges, clearing houses, depositories, or large NBFCs.
• Strong depth in regulated environment architecture and security.
• HandsOn proficiency with:
