Qualifications

• 2 years experience with Teamcenter, DevOps, and Siemens Test Automation Framework.
• 2 years experience in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2 years experience in cloud technologies including AWS and containerization.
• 2-5 years experience with scripting in Python and JavaScript.
• 2-5 years experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of scalable SaaS architectures and secure cloud operations.

Job Profile / Position Overview

This position is essential in designing and implementing front‑end applications, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines using Teamcenter, Siemens Test Automation Framework, AWS Bedrock, and React. The work directly enhances the usability, stability, and functionality of the Xcelerator Navigator platform and strengthens CApS capabilities for scalable cloud operations.

Impact on CApS and Xcelerator Navigator

• Improve usability: develop intuitive front‑end components and workflows that reduce complexity for end‑users.
• Enhance stability: implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent quality and minimise downtime.
• Increase functionality: integrate advanced AWS services (e.g., Bedrock) to extend platform capabilities.
• Boost operational efficiency: deliver tools that streamline provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance across CApS operations.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define technical architecture for front‑end applications and automation frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with Siemens cloud standards and security policies.

Front‑End Development

• Build responsive, scalable UI components with React and Xcelerator Navigator integration.
• Collaborate with UX teams to optimise user experience.

Test Automation

• Design and implement automated test suites using Siemens Test Automation Framework.
• Establish quality gates in CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Teamcenter and related services.
• Integrate AWS technologies, including Bedrock, for AI‑driven automation and scalability.
• Conduct performance tuning and stability improvements for cloud‑hosted applications.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with process engineering, product teams, and operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Core technologies: Teamcenter, DevOps, Siemens Test Automation Framework – 2 years experience.
• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive frameworks – 2 years experience.
• Cloud expertise: AWS (including Bedrock), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD tools – 2 years experience.
• Automation: test automation frameworks, scripting (Python, JavaScript) – 2‑5 years.
• DevOps practices: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), monitoring tools – 2‑5 years.
• Strong understanding of scalable SaaS architectures and secure cloud operations.
