Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will lead end-to-end SDLC, architect robust backend services with Node.js and .NET, and develop frontend solutions using Angular/React/Vue.js. The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, microservices, CI/CD, and security.

The ideal candidate has strong technical leadership, experience across MS SQL Server, Azure, containers, and DevOps, and a passion for modernizing legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Strong expertise in backend with Node.js, .NET, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue.js) and modern JS/TS.
• Proven ability to lead SDLC activities and mentor teams.

Job Description

In this role, the candidate is supposed to possess deep expertise in backend development using Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, Angular/React, Vue.js, Rest APIs, MS SQL Server and experience building microservices in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will also have functional proficiency with React for web-based front-end development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Architect and develop robust backend services using Node.js and .NET Framework/Core.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular/React , Vue.js , JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive code quality through code reviews, design reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement.
• Lead modernization and migration initiatives from legacy applications to modern cloud-native architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated testing strategies.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability and reliability.
• Having a good knowledge of Grafana.
