Job summary

Kidzink Design is seeking a Landscape Technical Architect to support landscape design and technical documentation for education-led and design-focused projects. The role translates landscape concepts into coordinated, buildable information and works with architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and specialist teams.

You will develop landscape drawings and details from concept to construction, coordinate with disciplines, review for clashes, and assist with tender documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in landscape architecture or technical landscape documentation.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp or BIM/3D software is a plus.
• Understanding of landscape construction, materials, drainage interfaces, and planting principles.
• Ability to develop accurate technical drawings and details from design concepts.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape drawings and technical documentation from concept to construction documentation.
• Prepare landscape plans, setting out drawings, grading information, details, sections, planting plans, schedules, construction details, IFC drawings and related documentation.
• Translate landscape design concepts into practical, coordinated, and buildable technical solutions.
• Coordinate landscape information with architectural, structural, MEP, civil, irrigation, Infra, lighting, and other consultant inputs.
• Review drawings and models to identify clashes, level issues, interface conditions, and constructability concerns.
• Assist with material, planting, furniture, external works, and landscape specification information.
• Coordinate design changes, consultant comments, RFIs, and technical queries and ensure revisions are incorporated accurately.
• Support preparation and review of tender and construction documentation.
• Assist senior landscape/design team members with site coordination, technical reviews, and resolution of construction related queries.
• Maintain organized drawings, schedules, material information, and project records in line with office standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, landscape design, or technical landscape documentation.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD working knowledge of SketchUp, or other relevant BIM/3D software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of landscape construction, materials, levels, grading, drainage interfaces, hardscape, softscape, and planting principles.
• Ability to develop accurate technical drawings and details from design concepts and consultant information.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in education, hospitality, retail, public realm, or premium commercial landscape projects.
• Experience coordinating landscape interfaces with architecture, civil, MEP, irrigation, Infra and lighting.
• Exposure to BIM-based workflows and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Experience working with international design consultants or contractors.Interest in developing a long-term career within a design-led, multi-geography organization

• Technical solutions are practical, buildable, and aligned with the approved design intent.
