Job summary

Responsibilities include incident closure, batch process management, and maintaining technical documentation. Rotational shifts are required to ensure 24/7 production support for critical banking applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application or production support, preferably in banking applications.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE and its key modules such as CASA, Loans, and GL.
• Good understanding of FLEXCUBE EOD/BOD processes and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production support environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) batch processes.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL scripts and database objects to support business and operational requirements.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application and database-related issues within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
• Ensure timely closure of incidents, service requests, and production support tickets.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support for critical banking applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and operational efficiency.

About The Role

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PL/SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
