Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an accounting advisory professional to build strong client relationships and deliver Ind AS/IFRS and US GAAP engagements. You will prepare financial statements, research complex technical issues, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role requires leadership to train teams, awareness of IFRS/Ind AS pronouncements, and proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for data-driven insights. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BCom honours graduate; CA/CPA would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
• Apply accounting standards and execute Ind AS engagements; research complex accounting issues.
• Prepare Ind AS/IFRS/IGAAP/USGAAP compliant financial statements including consolidated financials.
• Demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; stay updated with Ind AS/IFRS pronouncements.
• Understand Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting.
• ERP exposure such as Oracle/SAP is a plus.
• Possess strong MS Excel skills to present data-driven insights.
• Lead, train and develop teams and drive growth of the firm.

What Impact You Will Make

As a part of the Accounting Advisory team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

• Technical capability: Must have a good knowledge of IFRS and Indian Accounting standards. Exposure and knowledge of US GAAP will be an advantage.
• Apply relevant accounting standards, execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues.
• Prepare Ind AS/IFRS/IGAAP/USGAAP compliant financial statements including consolidated financial statements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/IFRS.
• Have exposure to understanding of Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Exposure to ERP such as Oracle/SAP shall be an added benefit.
• Have good MS office skills and be able to work with volume of data and present insights.
• Leadership Capability: Train, coach and develop teams to upgrade their knowledge and skill sets and take ownership of the activities assigned and contribute towards the growth of the firm.
