Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Mandatorily good technical skills in Oracle Database and experience with Oracle Applications such as Fusion Applications, EBS, PSFT, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in Exadata, ExaCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
  • Understanding of Technical architecture, operating systems, and networks.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain composure in high-stress/high-visibility situations, and adapt priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent team player, eager to learn new technologies, with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
  • University degree, postgraduate technical or management qualifications, or relevant experience.
  • OCI Certified / ITIL Foundation Certification / PMP / Azure Cloud Certification.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle products, including technical/functional and project/program management.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale global application or infrastructure/database projects.
  • High commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring teams, providing direction, and demonstrating authority and understanding of customer strategies.
  • Developing and managing Oracle Support relationships with large accounts.
  • Establishing professional relationships with key customer contacts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinating delivery of support services, driving contract renewals.
  • Identifying and submitting delivery leads for new opportunities, collaborating with sales and support teams.
  • Leading complex account planning, project tracking, and risk management.
  • Providing leadership in new product/service/process development and organizational improvements.
  • Contributing to regional and global strategy execution.
  • Demonstrating detailed knowledge of Oracle policies, procedures, and delivery tools.
  • Managing non-routine, complex work involving advanced technical and business skills.
