Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own executive relationships for named Elite accounts, with two backups and timezone-aligned coverage. This on-site role focuses on APJ & EMEA regions and executive communication.

You will run monthly business reviews, deliver technical health reviews, and coach admins to drive adoption. Monitor renewal risk and surface insights to keep customers successful and renewing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years enterprise technical support or TAM experience.
• TAM certification track within 90 days incl. SysAdmin/configuration depth.
• Commercial awareness - you understand the account’s ARR, entitlements, and renewal timeline.
• Relationship craft: customers ask for you by name and mean it.

Responsibilities

• Guide training and enablement: certification paths, new-feature walkthroughs, admin coaching.
