We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (SDE) with a minimum of 3+ years' experience, although the responsibilities are aligned with a more senior profile. Based onsite in Hyderabad or Indore, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, developing products and solutions that scale. This role requires leading technical implementations, managing a team, contributing to architecture, and solving complex problems across various technologies in an Agile Responsibilities :

• Develop products and solutions which can scale to hundreds of thousands of users and more, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders and management to plan out technical implementations and architecture of the solutions.
• Set up telemetry, analytics, and production monitoring for the solutions to ensure smooth operations and gather insights.
• Lead the launch of new products to market, setting up complete product and feature life cycles with your team.
• Get autonomy on how to drive solutions and work with teammates who have launched and managed business critical solutions.
• Lead and manage technical team members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and abilities.
• Review the code, analyze bottlenecks, and solve problems while delivering maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Be language and platform agnostic, willing and able to work with various technologies as needed.
• Work closely with frontend teams and be open to making changes themselves too when required.
• Contribute significantly to platform architecture, microservices design, and overall system design.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in software development. (Note : Experience managing a team for 1+ year is also required below, suggesting the total experience is likely higher).
• Detailed experience with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET or Spring Boot or Nest JS / Express or FastAPI / Django).
• In-depth experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience managing a team of developers for a minimum of 1 year.
• Comfortable in agile methodology.
• Demonstrated capability along with a troubleshooting attitude in building scalable and secure web applications.
• Proven record of managing applications in production with benchmarking and telemetry.
• Ability to write technical documentation + diagrams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, (Good to have) :
• Knowledge about frontend stacks like React / Angular / Electron / Flutter / Android / iOS is a plus.
• Deployment experience including CI/CD and working with Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying to Azure or AWS (redundant with cloud platforms but listed in source).
• AI engineering projects knowledge.
• Product-based or startup organization working experience.
• Testing experience, specifically automation testing.
