Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Tech - VBCS - Senior Associate to deliver Oracle Technology solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze complex business needs, mentor juniors, and build strong client relationships while aligning solutions with strategic goals.

You will work with clients to understand requirements, leverage Oracle ADF, OCI, and BI Publisher to drive performance, and contribute to the growth of our Oracle competency network.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication required.

As a Tech - VBCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Technology solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve analyzing complex business application needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance client operations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex challenges, while mentoring junior team members. You'll be expected to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that align with their strategic goals.

• Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
• Conducting process improvement and optimization initiatives to streamline business operations
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business transformation goals and provide strategic technology planning
• Designing automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Analyzing complex data sets using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to generate actionable insights
• Facilitating Oracle Data Integration to validate seamless data flow across systems

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
