Job summary

NTT DATA Bangalore seeks a senior Tech Solutions Architecture Specialist Advisor to lead identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. You will assess IDAM maturity, map architecture, and review design documents across ICBC Standard Bank entities.

You will define a vendor-neutral target-state IAM architecture, drive governance improvements, and outline a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. Extensive security leadership and banking domain experience required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Cybersecurity and IAM.
• Experience leading IAM assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience in transformation programs in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured assessment of IDAM capabilities across entities.
• Assess maturity across People, Process, and Technology domains.
• Map IDAM architecture and identify dependencies.
• Review HLDs, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Evaluate authentication models, provisioning flows, and integrations.
• Identify gaps in governance, security and compliance.

• Develop a multi-year IAM transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a structured assessment of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) capabilities across ICBC Standard Bank entities.
• Understand and assess maturity of current implementation across People, Process, and Technology domains.
• Map IDAM architecture across ICBC Standard Bank entities and identify dependencies.
• Review existing High-Level Design (HLD) documents, operational runbooks, and SOPs.
• Assess authentication models, identity stores, lifecycle processes, provisioning flows, and integrations.
• Evaluate internal and external identity journeys, including onboarding, access requests, authentication, authorization, and offboarding.
• Identify operational, governance, security, and compliance gaps.
• Define a vendor-neutral target-state IAM architecture and operating model.
• Develop a multi-year IAM transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
