Job summary

EY is seeking an AIOps Manager to architect and implement enterprise-grade AIOps solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You will lead data integration, ML-based anomaly detection, and real-time pipelines using Kafka and other tech while collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to embed AIOps into CI/CD and IaC workflows.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT ops/DevOps/SRE with at least 3 years in AIOps or AI/ML automation.
• Proven technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in AIOps platforms: Moogsoft, BigPanda, Splunk ITSI, ServiceNow ITOM, or ML-based solutions.
• Strong Python skills; SQL, PowerShell, Bash knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP including monitoring and automation.
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (ELK, OpenTelemetry, Kafka) and data engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Desired Profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and Bash.

• Skilled in managing data on Azure Data Lake, Amazon Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
