Job summary

NiCE Actimize is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Manager to join the Professional Services team in Pune, India. You will lead a high-performing group delivering compliance and financial crime solutions to FI clients using Actimize.

Come with deep BFSI domain experience, proficiency in SQL, and a strong SDLC background. You will mentor analysts, drive best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience, with 10 years in a BA role and 3+ years leading a BA team.
• Working knowledge of payment systems and global payment journeys (SEPA, SWIFT, etc.).
• Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in BFS domain with Fraud detection exposure.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries and understanding code.
• Ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements and handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and support Actimize IFM implementations.
• Custodian of BA best practices and embed these in the BA team.
• Provide ongoing support to improve BA activities and deliverables.
• Plan and monitor BA activities across all BAs.
• Ensure requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented.
• Identify issues/risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts.
• Evaluate SDLC tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Coach and train BA team.

NiCE Actimize is currently seeking a Business Analyst Manager to join our Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You\'ll lead a high-performing team of business analysts delivering compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to Financial Institution (FI) clients.

You are someone who thrives in a consulting environment, brings strong business acumen, and excels at translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes. If you have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention, and are passionate about building and mentoring teams—this is the opportunity for you.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.
• Custodian of BA best practices and processes embed these practices with BA team
• Provide on-going support for BA in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the quality of business analysis deliverables.
• Plan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs in
• Ensure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented
• Assist project teams in prioritizing, balancing and managing BA works to ensure sufficient requirements ready for delivery
• Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and elevate where necessary
• Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes because of system or application changes
• Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Liaise and collaborate with internal external stakeholders as required
• Coaching and training programs for the BA team

Have you got what it takes?

• 15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years’ leading BA Team
• Working knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails
• Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience of working in BFS domain. Experience in Fraud detection is must
• Should be comfortable understanding code and writing SQL queries
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Experienced in building best practices, initiating, and successfully managing business process improvement initiatives to completion
• Experienced in innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and project delivery
