Job Title: Experienced Solution Designer

Experienced Solution Designers who can conceptualize BPS and Managed Services solutions that integrate all aspects of organizational capability to address client’s business process objectives and add value to client’s overall business. Work with Sales, Delivery, Pricing, and Transition teams to address reactive pursuits (RFX-s) and lead solution design activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create proposals, collaterals, and sales pitches.
2. Present and defend proposals with clients.
3. Develop proactive digital transformation and consulting proposals.

Qualifications:

Looking for people with Solution design experience in Retail, Consumer goods, or Ecommerce domains who are analytical, articulate, and able to present to client’s C-Suite executives.
