Salary: INR 10,500/- To INR 12,500/- P/M.

Excellent Communication Skills in English and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including Night Shifts, is a must.

You will handle E-Commerce Tech Support & Customer Technical Queries and troubleshoot their Tech & non-Tech Issues both on call and online. You must show a willingness to learn new things and discuss every matter with your supervisor or team leader to resolve issues. Providing resolutions to customers or clients is your primary responsibility. You will troubleshoot & provide customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound) and must be effective in resolving complicated queries and issues while maintaining service quality.
Age: 18 – 35 Years

E-Commerce Customer Support: BA / BCOM / BBA / BSC / BSC IT / BBM / BCA / BSC Agri / BHM / MA / MCOM / MSC / Mass Communication / MBA / PGDM or any PG.
Experience: Any BPO experienced candidate can apply.
E-Commerce Technical Support: BTech / BE / MCA / MTech / MSC IT / MBA-HR or Mass Communication.
Experience: Any Voice Help Desk or any International BPO experienced candidate can apply.
Pharma Support:
Shift timing – any 9 hours in 24 hours, rotational shift including Night Shift & 1 Week-off rotational.
