Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in any service industry
Skills: Candidate should be able to read Hindi; Hindi is mandatory along with all other languages.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Make independent decisions on the packet.
2. Head the team under him.
3. Meet the following criteria:

1. Age: 25 years or above.
2. Minimum educational qualification: Graduation.
3. Minimum 5 years of documented experience in any field/service industry.
4. Basic understanding of operating a computer and comfortable with local language transliteration.
5. Required count based on language:
1. Hindi: 8
2. Bengali: 2
3. Gujarati: 1
4. Oriya: 4
5. Punjabi: 4
6. English: 6
6. Hindi read & write is mandatory.
7. Candidate needs to come to the office for the interview.
8. Candidate must be flexible in 24/7 shifts.
9. 9 hours of shift with 1 hour of break.
10. 6 working days with 1 rotational week off.
