Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Analytics Team Lead to drive our data visualization strategy. You will lead a team to design, build, and optimize high-performance Tableau dashboards directly on top of Databricks Lakehouse tables, and manage end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in BI/Analytics with 7–8+ years in Tableau, proven leadership, and hands-on Databricks and SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in BI/Analytics, with 7–8+ years dedicated to Tableau.
• Leadership experience as a Team Lead or People Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake) and SQL tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure) and traditional databases.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data prep tools (Tableau Prep, Python, ETL/ELT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of BI developers and oversee end-to-end data visualization projects.
• Agile Management: Lead sprint planning, task assignments, and tracking using JIRA and Confluence.
• Dashboard Development: Design advanced, interactive Tableau reports on Databricks Lakehouse tables.
