Job summary

AFRY in Pune is seeking experienced FPGA developers to join product development and IT teams. You will design and implement FPGA solutions using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timing closure and integration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of FPGA experience, proficiency with Vivado/ISE/Quartus, and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site role in Pune with opportunities to grow within AFRY.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FPGA code development experience in VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with FPGA domain crossing designs.
• FPGA timing analysis experience.
• FPGA floorplanning experience.
• Experience with Vivado/ISE/Quartus tools.
• Scripting in Python and Tcl.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Develop FPGA firmware for product development initiatives in Pune.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to meet timing and integration goals.
• Perform timing closure, verification, and validation of FPGA designs.

Job Description

• The company is looking for several FPGA developers for their operations within product development and IT in Pune.

Qualifications

Must have :

• Minimum of 7 years working experience of FPGA code development in VHDL, Verilog and/or System Verilog programming languages
• Experience of FPGA domain crossing designs
• Experience of FPGA timing analyses
• Experience of FPGA floorplanning
• Worked with either AMD/Xilinx or Intel/Altera FPGA:s and tools such as Vivado, ISE, Quartus etc.
• Competency in software scripting languages such as Python and Tcl
• Excellent communication skills in English both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Good to have :

• Previous Telecom development experience.
• Experience of gigabit transceivers and designs with timing constraints on microsecond level
• Knowledge in FPGA/Asic verification WoW such as UVM
