Job summary

Aristocrat in India is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration APIs. You will own the full development lifecycle and work closely with business partners to translate requirements into robust tech solutions.

The role requires 4+ years Salesforce development, 5+ years IT solutions experience, and strong DevOps familiarity (Salesforce CLI, Copado/AutoRABIT). Global, inclusive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field (Required).
• 4+ years Salesforce development experience including Apex and LWC.
• 5+ years IT solutions development in a medium-to-large setting.
• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata.
• Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines (Copado/AutoRABIT).
• Active Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).
• Experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Field Service Lightning is a plus.
• Strong Agile development and business analysis experience.
• Exposure to BI or reporting tools and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools like Flow and Process Builder.
• Develop and sustain integrations via REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards.
• Manage development workflows using version control and DevOps tools (CLI, Copado, AutoRABIT).
• Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate third-party tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.
• Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning.

What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
• Develop and sustain integrations through Salesforce Web Services APIs, such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards across the team.
• Manage development workflows using version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tooling such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
• Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.
• Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in practice. (Required)
• 5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment. (Required)
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, CPQ and platform configuration. (Required)
• Experience working with Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata. (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, or similar. (Strongly Preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Copado or AutoRABIT. (Strongly Preferred)
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning implementations. (Plus)
• Background in Agile development methodologies and business analysis. (Plus)
• Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools. (Plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
