Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Lead (C++ Developer) to join our dynamic team. You will lead development of casino games for multiple cabinets and markets, balancing art, game mathematics and regulatory needs to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with designers and engineers, and drive code quality, testing, and performance. This is a fast-paced, globally oriented role in our Gurugram studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Outstanding C++ programming skills under Windows and Linux.
• Strong object-oriented development, algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and engineering concepts.
• Degree in Computer Science (B Tech/BE/MCA) or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Experience in game development is a plus.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative gaming experiences.
