Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India LLP is seeking a Lead Full Stack React Developer to drive the development of high‑quality, scalable web applications. You will lead a team of developers, architect solutions, and ensure best practices in frontend and backend development.

The role requires leading technical discussions, building scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, and deploying on cloud platforms with Docker/Kubernetes. Strong leadership and Agile experience are needed.

JOB POSITION

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack React Developer to drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed across the frontend and backend.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Optimize performance and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional components.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable Node.js (Express/Nest.js) backend services.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices architecture.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar mechanisms.
• DevOps & Cloud Integration: Deploy applications on AWS/GCP/Azure with containerization using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize application performance using logging, monitoring, and analytics tools.
• Collaboration & Agile Development: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain high coding standards and enforce clean code principles.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum education: B.Tech degree/MCA with computer science background or equivalent experience, Preferred education: BE/B.Tech/MCA

EXPERIENCE

8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem architecture/Node/React/Angular/RESTfulAPI Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS frameworks 5+ years of experience with node.js Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL
