Strategy | Business Ops | Talent Acquisition — Building & Scaling Teams for Growth-Stage Tech (India/APAC/MENA)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (6+ years) with strong expertise in .NET Core and React.js to join our high‑performing engineering team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise‑grade applications, working across the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a hands‑on technologist who can drive end‑to‑end solution development in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and React.js.
• Own features across the entire technology stack, UI, business logic, database, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision‑making.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments following DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building large‑scale, high‑traffic web applications.
• Understanding of secure coding and OWASP practices.
• Solid hands‑on experience in ASP .NET Core / .NET 6+ (Web APIs, MVC, Entity Framework Core).
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, micro‑services architecture, and API Gateway patterns.
• Experience with JWT / OAuth2 for authentication and authorization.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection.

Frontend (React.js)

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and responsive UI design.

Database

• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) – schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) is a plus.

DevOps and Cloud

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
