Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Salesforce developer to design, build, and deploy programmatic solutions. You will work with clients to gather requirements, document designs, and configure Salesforce applications with integrations to Web Services and external platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and large data volumes, plus deployment through VS Code, IDEs, and related tools. Strong communication and data-model knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading tools and handling large datasets.
• Expertise with Salesforce data modeling concepts and backups/archiving.
• Hands-on LWC, Apex, and integration development.
• Extensive exposure to Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and Lightning Platform.
• Proficient in SOQL, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong deployment skills using VS Code, IDEs, and change sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and document designs.
• Configure Salesforce applications and integrate with Web Services.
• Demo Salesforce orgs and showcase capabilities.
• Maintain data models, backups, and archiving processes.
• Ensure performance with SOQL, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage deployment using standard tools and packages.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Support data quality and master data concepts across platforms.
• Leverage AI/Agentforce related experiences where applicable.

Role & responsibilities

1. Experience on Data Loading tools
2. Handling of Large Data Volume records
3. Hands-on LWC experience
4. Hands-on Apex experience
5. Hands-on Integration experience
6. Extensive experience Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform
7. Complete SFDC Data Model understanding and Master Data Concepts, backups, archiving, Data Skews
8. Advance SOQL / Reports and Dashboards
9. Candidate should have good internet connectivity and readiness of Salesforce org to demo skills.
10. Expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and integrate Salesforce to different Web Services such as Amazon EC2, Google Drive, Xero Accounting and Custom APIs. Agentforce and AI related hands on experience
11. Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Apex Classes/Triggers/Collections, Batch Apex, Scheduling Apex, Dynamic Apex, Visualforce Components, Wrapper Classes, Test Classes, Email Services, Custom Components, Web Services, Salesforce standard features, Metadata, API and Force.com sites.
12. Wellversed with different deployment methods like Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.
13. A creative and analytical thinker with strong organizational & time management skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
