As an Tech Lead (Backend Developer) - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, helping solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree from Tier 1
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python for production‑grade application or service development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerised service deployment.

Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, querying, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency with Git‑based collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, automated testing, design patterns, and maintainability.
• Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience setting technical direction, reviewing code, resolving complex issues, and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with asynchronous APIs, messaging platforms, or event-streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to agentic development using frameworks such as LangGraph, the OpenAI SDK, or Google ADK.
