Job summary

Genpact seeks a Tech Lead for Application Development to design and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. You will architect microservices, build RESTful APIs, and modernize legacy apps with responsive front-ends (Angular/React).

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive quality through design patterns and SOLID principles, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected.
• Experience designing large scale software with cloud platforms.
• Strong debugging, testing, and system design skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Develop and enhance responsive front-end applications using Angular and/or React.
• Modernize and refactor legacy monolithic applications into cloud-native architectures.
• Design, build, and document RESTful APIs and implement event‑driven and message‑based systems.
• Build and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, enabling automated build, test, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product owners, DevOps, and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and monitoring using modern observability tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes.
