Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development JAVA S in Mumbai. You will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing technical guidance to ensure coding standards and project success.

The role requires strong Core Java, Angular, Jakarta EE, and related technologies, with experience in Agile environments.

Formación

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or Masters in Software Engineering.
• Must have strong Java and web tech background with exposure to modern frameworks.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading teams is desirable.
