Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA N to lead a team of Java developers in design and development of software applications in a hybrid India-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Masters in Software Engineering preferred.
• Strong Java leadership, agile practices, and code reviews are essential.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders and problem-solving skills are required.
