Job summary

Incresco Technology Solutions is looking for a Tech Lead to design and build the core of our agentic engineering work. You will write production code daily, lead by example on the most complex parts of each system, and set engineering standards for the team.

You will own delivery commitments, guide client discussions on timelines, requirements and trade-offs, and drive architecture decisions across React, Python, and cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of software engineering experience, hands-on through
• Experience with React/React Native in mobile apps
• Cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP in production
• At least one LLM or agent-based feature built and shipped

Responsibilities

• Design, build, review and ship production code for core systems.
• Develop agentic features and tools with cost and latency considerations.
• Lead design and code reviews for a small engineer team (2–3).
• Own scope, estimates, sequencing and delivery commitments.

About the role

As Tech Lead, you will design and build the core of our agentic engineering work. You will write production code every day, lead by building the most complex parts of each system yourself, and set the technical standard for the engineers you work with.

Key responsibilities

• Engineering. Design, build, review and ship production code on the most critical parts of each system.
• Agentic systems. Build LLM-driven features that run in production for clients, including agents, tool calling, retrieval and evaluation, with clear decisions on cost and latency.
• Technical leadership. Lead design and code reviews for a team of two to three engineers, and set the standards they build to.
• Delivery. Own scope, estimates, sequencing and commitment dates, and flag risk early.
• Client engagement. Lead technical discussions with clients on requirements, trade-offs and timelines.

What you bring

• Ownership of delivery commitments

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in both startup and large-organisation environments
• Daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot, with a clear understanding of their strengths and limitsA habit of building with new models and tooling as they emerge
• Client-facing experience, in India or internationally
