About Stayzaa

Stayzaa is a fast-growing hospitality + SaaS startup by Shashwat Technologies, focused on premium villas, farmhouses, and curated stays. We’re building a next-gen platform that blends travel-tech, property onboarding, and SaaS tools for hosts, starting from Gujarat and scaling across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (5–8 years) to guide the technical direction of Stayzaa. This is a part-time leadership role where you’ll be responsible for architecting, scaling, and shipping our product while working closely with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture & product roadmap of Stayzaa.
• Build and optimize the platform stack (React/Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, Tailwind, Mapbox, Razorpay).
• Ensure secure, scalable, API-first integrations (future: OTA & SaaS integrations).
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Guide and mentor early-stage developers/interns as the team scales.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack and product development.
• Hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase/Postgres, cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, databases, and API development.
• Experience taking a product from MVP to scale.
• Ability to dedicate 3–4 hours daily with founder-level ownership mindset.

Compensation

• Part-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & involvement).
