• Strong command of Node.js and its internals.
• Proficiency with RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS.

• Lead the organisation's strategy from a technical perspective to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage team sprints, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction.
• Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Manage and optimise infrastructure assets to meet internal targets.
• Create and ensure adherence to overall technology standards and practices.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
• Utilise stakeholder feedback to devise necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js .
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 6+ years of experience in building end-to-end full-stack products.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in MySQL and MongoDB.
• Strong command of Node.js and its internals.
• Proficiency with RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS.
• Comfortable with server-side technologies like Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc.
• Good command of cloud infrastructure (MS Azure preferred, AWS).
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality products.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand new concepts.
• Willingness to work in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
