Job summary

Movate, Inc. is seeking an application support professional to provide maintenance for EHR, RCM, and CRM systems such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or Salesforce Health Cloud.

You will perform advanced SQL scripting for data correction and extraction, and manage ETL/SSIS data processing workflows. Collaborating with business users and vendors, you will ensure configuration accuracy, resolve incidents swiftly, and document resolutions for knowledgebase growth while upholding healthcare data

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare systems (EHR, RCM, CRM)
• Strong SQL scripting and data validation skills
• Experience with ETL pipelines and SSIS workflows
• Ability to document support processes and resolutions
