Infrastructure TPM owns delivery of new DC across one or more availability zones in India. They manage 10+ projects at any time. They bridge internal customers, business functions, (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations), and functional delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network) to enable on-time and right sized delivery of new DC capacity.

The scope begins with early expansion planning, which includes a feasibility analysis to approve expansion plans and associated build timelines. They evaluate multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record, including owned/leased/collocated DC supply, utility delivery (power, water, and fiber), and long lead equipment (LLE) availability. It requires region-wide knowledge and monitoring of in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery is not only on track to meet supply commitments but also to meet customer demand, which is constantly changing.
