ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Analyst, you will be a part of CO’s Corporate IT vertical supporting the team on various software applications used by employees. You will be responsible for:

1. Partner with application owners, users, and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements.
2. Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
3. Support technical troubleshooting and escalations with vendors and technology partners.
4. Ability to understand Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and provide support to ensure compliance is achieved.
5. Develop reports.
6. Test out changes carried out to systems and document the findings.
