Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Teamcenter Lead with 8-15 years of PLM experience, including 5+ years on Siemens Teamcenter, to drive architecture, ITK development and system integrations.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, mentor engineers, and guide deployments from design through support, including BOM, Change Management, and workflow automation. Proficiency in Java/C++/scripting and REST/Web Services is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in PLM development.
• At least 5+ years hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong expertise across Teamcenter Architecture, Data Model, BMIDE and Active Workspace.
• Experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC, SOA, and integrations using REST/Web Services.

• Lead design, development, customization, and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Your Profile

• Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions across enterprise PLM environments.
• Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace, and BMIDE.
• Drive solution development for core PLM functionalities including Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead integration initiatives between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, MES, CAD, and third-party systems.

Your Role

• Minimum 8-15 years of experience in PLM development with at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, Data Model, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Workflow, Access Manager, and Organization Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC customization, Active Workspace development, and Teamcenter administration.
• Experience in Teamcenter integrations using T4S, T4EA, REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes including Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Configuration Management, and BOM Management.
• Experience with Teamcenter versions TC11, TC12, TC13, TC14, and Active Workspace implementations.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and Shell/Python scripting.
