Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Nagpur is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Developer to design, customize, and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. You will configure BMIDE, Active Workspace, RAC, and Workflow Designer, and maintain Teamcenter modules such as BOM, Change, and Document Management.

The role involves developing integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks), handling data migration, upgrades, and providing L2/L3 support.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development and customization.
• Hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization, configuration, implementation, administration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience in Teamcenter BMIDE, Active Workspace (AWC), RAC, and Workflow Designer.
• Experience with Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Workflow Management, Organization Management, Product Structure Management.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools like NX, CATIA, Creo, Solid Edge, and SolidWorks.
• Experience with PLMXML/TCXML data import-export and data migration activities.
• Participation in Teamcenter upgrades, patch deployments, and environment setup.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter applications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.

• Configure and maintain Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Workflow, Organization, Product Structure).
• Develop and maintain Teamcenter integrations with CAD applications (NX, CATIA, Creo, Solid Edge, SolidWorks).
• Implement PLMXML/TCXML based import-export solutions and data migration activities.
• Participate in Teamcenter upgrades, patch deployments, and environment setup.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter applications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production rollouts.

The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in Teamcenter customization, configuration, implementation, administration, and integration with enterprise systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
