Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to drive CI/CD pipelines and Teamcenter installations. You will guide the team through scalable development practices and automate deployments.

You will work with Jenkins, Git, Jira, SonarQube and Docker, and contribute to cloud deployments using standard scripting languages like Groovy, Shell and YAML. This role requires collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving.

• Ensure Development team follows the defined design and development practices which are scalable and automatable
• Guide the team in Teamcenter Installation / Configuration
• Work on the required technical documentation as per the standard
• Development experience of CI/CD Jenkins Pipelines and Job scheduling through Jenkins
• Install and use Jenkins plugins in Pipeline scripts
• Good understanding of Git concepts and any Source Code Tool, preferably Bitbucket
• Good exposure with Jira and handling issues in Jira
• Experience in automated Code review/Linting preferably through SonarQube/Sonar Lint
• Exposure to Groovy scripts, Shell scripts and YAML scripts
• Handle Automated deployments
• Good understanding of cloud deployments (any cloud)
• Exposure to Docker concepts and downloading Docker images and using them in application is desirable
