You will coordinate with banks for consortium meetings, drive off-balance sheet financing, and lead SAP-driven digitization initiatives to optimize liquidity and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of working capital management and corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with loan documentation, security creation, and banking compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in automation/digitization projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Renewal: Evaluate and renew working capital limits in line with business requirements.
• Documentation: Review and execute loan agreements, security documents, and other related legal/commercial documentation.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track financial covenants, sanction terms, and adherence to term sheets.
• Regulatory Coordination: Ensure bank compliances and arrange stock audits.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with banks for consortium meetings and NOCs as required.
• Financial Structuring: Develop and implement off-balance sheet financing solutions to optimize liquidity.
• Digital Processes: Work with SAP systems and drive digitization initiatives.
