Job summary

Mondelēz India Foods Private Limited is seeking a maintenance operator to independently operate and maintain equipment while meeting safety and quality targets. The role emphasizes autonomous and progressive maintenance with adherence to standard work and safety processes.

You will participate in continuous improvement, work in a 3-shift setup, and ensure compliance with site language and communication requirements across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 10th & 12th pass (in first attempt) or ITI/diploma; graduates can apply.
• BE/B.Tech and postgraduates are not eligible.
• Reading and writing; fluent in the site language as appropriate to the location.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Follow autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standard work on equipment.
• Identify losses in the area and report them; ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.
