Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a pharmaceutical manufacturing professional with a B.Pharm qualification to support in-process activities and GMP compliance at our Hyderabad site.

Responsibilities include in-process checks, batch record reviews, PAS-X related tasks, and training staff on PAS-X activities. The role emphasises quality, safety, and environmental procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-process activities such as Line Clearance, in-process checks, AQL and sampling in manufacturing operations.
• Batch record review and handling of exceptions generated through PAS-X.
• Review of in-process labelling and status of material.
• Ensure cGMP compliance.
• Follow Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and practices.
• Review and approval of Equipment Specification Checklist in PAS-X.
• Ensure compliance of functions related to PAS-X activities and their records as per procedures.
• Impart training to personnel involved in PAS-X activities and attend trainings.
• Collect Swab samples for cleaning validation activities.
• Collect water samples for monitoring water quality.
