Job summary

Adani Ports and SEZ is seeking a Finance & Accounts professional with 4+ years of experience to coordinate annual Opex and Capex budgets, monitor revenue and profit performance, and support CAPEX evaluations in a large organization. The role includes MIS, financial statements preparation, internal controls strengthening, and statutory audit management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in F&A in a large setup.
• Experience in preparing balance sheet and handling statutory audits in the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual Opex, Capex budgets preparation, finalization, approval and periodic reviews.
• Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit performance, identify gaps and suggest corrective actions to management.
• Support to business for evaluation of CAPEX decisions.
• Ensure monthly MIS preparation and coordinate review by business.
• Prepare financial statements and review of the same.
• Analyze expenses/receivables and suggest corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance to internal audit observations and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure completion of statutory audits as per schedule and address audit observations.
• Ensure statutory compliances such as Service Tax and EPCG redemption.
• Motivate the team through employee communication and coaching.
• Keep abreast of latest developments in Finance and embrace modern technology as per department requirements.
