Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a data privacy specialist to drive and implement the privacy framework. The role focuses on developing learning modules, increasing employee awareness, and integrating privacy checks with TPRM. You will oversee DPIAs, data subject rights, and consent processes across digital assets and branches.

Responsibilities include evaluating privacy tools, defining and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring third-party contract compliance within a privacy-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data privacy frameworks.
• Ability to develop learning modules and awareness programs.
• Experience with privacy by design and DPIA processes.

Responsibilities

• Privacy tools evaluation.
• Privacy tool evaluation for PII inventory, DPIA, Grievance, Right to Nominate.
• Define Privacy Function KPI’s.
• Monitoring Privacy KPI’s.
• Track Data Subject request TAT and timely fulfillment.
• Adhere to Data Subject right request fulfillment.
• Monitor Consent Process.
• Ensure Privacy consent is live on all digital assets and coordinate with branches.
• Oversee Privacy TPRM.
• Run Privacy TPRM and conduct DPIAs.
