  • Experience managing teams, working with global stakeholders and multi-location or global environments.
  • Experience in HV switchgear, Transformer, substations or service business.
  • Strong knowledge of service sales, tendering process flow, commercial review, risk assessment and offer management.
  • Ability to manage sales processes, stakeholder requirements, timelines, quality standards and business priorities.
  • CRM/Salesforce and Power BI knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities
